new house i mean built 5 yrs ago, with all the best facilities you need, large car parking space.
but i saw that you needed one year rent, well, the landlord is in abroad and we have not actually discussed
about one year option, i will discussed this one year with him and i hope he will consider,

there are two flats vacant in the house, the EXECUTIVE 3 BED all rooms ensuite which he was suppose to stay himself if he decides to return to nigeria going for 600k p.a.

and the other normal 3 bedroom which is 500 p.a.
