I have a budget of 1M and need a good Tokunbo or Naija used car mostly for driving within the city.
What do u recommend and does anyone have for sale here?

Plz if its naija used, I don't want the one with any issues as we all know how hectic and frustrating it can be buying a naija used car that has issues and the seller decided to sell off. Though i dont really trust sellers to be honest but i am willing to give benefits of the doubt.

N. B. I am not a new driver nor is this my first car.

You won't get a toks car for that price. Look for a naija used Honda City in good shape.

Save up some money and get something more reasonable
