I owe my life to Yoga and I am a testimony to the healing effects of some simplified Yoga practices if practiced properly and regularly. My constantly normal health parameters speak for my Yoga practices from the last few years.

Yoga Tool Kit
The artillery of Yoga consists of a wide range of Kits and each Kit has a number of tools in it. But, it is important to know which Yoga Tools are best for you so that by investing minimum energy and time, you can get the best desirable results.

So, while learning and experimenting with yoga myself, I gradually created my own Yoga Tool Kit which contains a few simple but very powerful Yoga practices.

This Yoga Tool Kit played a key role in rescuing me from drowning in the sea of this chronic illness when I was in a do or die situation in 2018. It fits me best and since then it is helping me to stay strong, remain protected and keep fighting this chronic illness.

My Yoga Tool Kit primarily consists of three most important forms of Yoga:

1. Pranayama (Breathing Yoga Exercises)
2. Asanas (Body Poses)
3. Humming Meditation(My custom and powerful way of Meditation to fight depression and negativity)

For all the above Yoga practices, you need not more than 10-15 minutes daily in the morning and as you start to feel its benefits, you can suitably increase the time as per your requirement.
