Residents in Sapele Local Government Area have protested the extension of the stay-at-home order as it concerns the COVID-19 pandemic by the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa.

The residents took to the streets chanting "We no go gree" as they express displeasure due to lack of palliative measures provided by the government.

This is a good move my sapele people, other parts of Delta state should also join this protests let us force this naive governor to open the state.

I don't know of sapale or warri, but here in Abuja, the electricity supply is almost 24hrs.

Same in some part of Warri am enjoying this lockdown I swear.I even noticed that I don't eat as much I did wen there was no lockdown.

If na like this them dey protest against bad governance from Ibori dispensation till now wey Okowa dey seat, Delta state for don better and the government would be able to cater for everyone in this pandemic period
