Hi Nairalanders, I'm Victory Chiazokam, currently resident in Edo state, Ekpoma precisely and a health professional.

I just returned from work this afternoon, resting in my room, when pandemonium broke loose. A green/gray snake was seen moving across my compound. Streetbguys gave it a chase and finally killed it.

On close examination, I was able to determine that it wasn't supposed to be poisonous, based on info gotten from Nairaland ie; round head as against triangular head, round eyes as against highly convex/slit eyes, also, the belly line, is not continuous and splits into 2 rows toward the tail region.

The Only question I still have left is this, what's the name of this snake species?
