You shld visit your doctor for assessment.

However if no pain, bleeding or itching, then one could attempt some home remedy

1. Modify your diet. Ensure you are not constipated and not straining. Stay well hydrated, take lotta fruits and veggies. Constipation would worsen it and complication could set in faster. If you reach there, surgical removal becomes inevitable. Daily very soft bowel movement shld be the goal. No straining.

2. Try losing weight, if you'r overweight (hopefully, you don't have chronic cough)

3.If you are pregnant (i doubt) -pls go straight to see your doctor as your pregnancy maybe the predisposing factor.

4. Stop anal sex (predisposes you plus its an abomination before God).

5. Some OTC Anusol suppository would help reduce it. Anusol-HC, preferably.

There is no course for alarm. It has happened to me exactly like that. After all my research, it occurred to me that surgery will be done on it. To my greatest surprise, it disappeared gradually without any surgery. Don't worry, it will disappear.
