I dont really think the cases are increasing, i think they are just discovering the truth that has been there.

Just like now, let us say that we currently have for example 1,000 HIV positive people. And we now go and start testing people and discovered that we actually have 10,000. It does not mean that e just increase from 1000 to 10000 overnight now?
