Arresting her is excessive na. But lets not be too quick to criticise. The palliative you received, many people out there haven't received anything. They are dieing of hunger. Am pretty sure they would leap at the chance to get something like this. At all at all nain bad pass.

But the government also need to improve on the quality of provision given out. Arresting her is uncalled for, at least she apologised. This country self, people just like abusing power anyhow.
