The body fights off Corona virus on its own even without nay medical care except you have a weka immune systems. The only reason people are dying in US and other countries is Because their health system is already over run by influx of patients who needs intensive care. The hospitals treats the symptoms untill the body fights off the virus. It's takes 14-21days to do so.
