Get your Keyless remote here and save yourself from dealership prices.

If you’ve ever locked your car keys in the car, you’re not alone. Plenty of people have been in this embarrassing situation. It happens all the time. But with modern technology as advanced as it is, it’s ridiculous that a solution for this problem hasn’t already been attained. Fortunately, it has been attained, thanks to remote keyless entry. This technology has been around for many years, and has been increasing in popularity every year since it was first introduced. Many new cars now boast it as a standard feature, making it easier than ever to prevent accidents like locking your keys in the car from happening.

Remote keyless entry is any system that allows you to unlock or lock your car from a distance, without any physical contact with the car’s key. This can be achieved with a remote keyless entry system that won’t let you lock the car unless the car keys are in your hand. That way, you won’t be able to lock it unless you have the keys with you. It’s a great way to make sure that you don’t run into this problem on a regular basis. After a while, you’ll find that it becomes habit to check for your keys before even leaving the car.

Even if your car is an older model, it’s not difficult to retrofit it with a keyless entry system. Any professional automotive locksmith or even your dealership can help you by installing a keyless entry system on your existing vehicle. Just remember that most keyless entry systems purchased over the internet will need to be cut and programmed before you can use them; they won’t work right out of the box. But this is such a small amount of work compared to living with the constant fear of locking your keys in the car.

You can even get remote keyless entry systems that will automatically turn the ignition for you when you get close to the car. This can save you a little time in the morning. And it can also help to prevent theft: a car with a transponder key has a microchip hidden in the plastic head of the key, and the car won’t start without it. Even if someone breaks into your car, they won’t be able to start it and steal it without your key. Even if your car is an older model, it’s possible to update it.
