Pls nairalanders I am so scared as I write this.. I have been finding it difficult to sleep for quite sometimes now which in return makes it hard for me to find sleep.. This is the fourth day in a role and I have closed my eyes to sleep for at least 2hrs . when I even fall asleep its war cos it doesn't feel easy so I keep waking up with shocks.. I have taken predicilon, cepain night and one other night tab yet instead of making fall asleep my heart beat increasing and I begin to shake.. Pls docs in the house and anyone who has been in this can pls advise pls Lalasticlala Seun Mynd44 Pls help save a life pls.. |

Go see a doctor... I guess you should you stop thinking about whatever problems you have, eat a very good proteinous meal, exercise, go for a swim.. all these can help you calm your nerves.. |
