A Road Safety official has been captured lying on a moving car bonnet all in the of trying to arrest A Lady For Not Stopping At Checkpoint

According to the video the lady reveals the man ask her to stop but  she didn't because the He is not wearing Mask or any protection

And when the lady realised that the FRSC team are also after her she stopped to explain why she did not stop for the man who ased her to stop but the FRSC officials did not listen to her instead they damaged her her plate number
