I would seriously recommend receiving foods from true believers. Or always pray before eating foods from unbelievers

- Watch out for Factory made and processed foods.
- Watch out for GMO (genetically modified foods esp).
- Watch out for unhealthy/bad gifts. Don't give or receive these bad/evil things

* Be more careful of shiny/attractive things. Example: Local rice usually have stones and are not too attractive. Buy things like that more to be sure. I actually prefer foods from subsistence farmers in remote areas especially.
