According to Jackson the decomposing dead body of a Nigerian has been found Wisconsin, U.S, with COVID 19 restrictions and lockdown Technology is the only means to trace his relatives. Jackson Wrote : "Emeka Christian Ibeagwa, 60, from Oba, Idemili LG, Anambra State. He died in Madison, Wisconsin, U.S, with no next of kins. His body was found in his apartment already decomposing.
