A guy had a heated debate with me claiming that for Nigerians and Africans to move forward traditional beliefs and language barrier should be abolished it is only then Africans can be technologically inclined and developed like the western countries in Europe
Do you support this motion or are you against it,pls equally state your reasons.

What is stopping Nigerians from moving forward is not language. Its all about compatibility. Our colonial masters, Britain, has indigenous languages, English Welsh and Irish. Language did not stop Britain becoming the 5th richest country in the world

The difference between Britain and Nigeria is that while the English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish are compatible, Igbo, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba are not.

Nigerians and indeed Nigeria, are just mere colonial creations of the white man. Some Nigerians dont even like to ask themselves if Nigeria was, or is, a good idea.

Personally, I think that it is only those who have a similar outlook on life should try to be a nation. But if incompatible people try to be a nation, they will fight forever.

GOD IS TRADITION, CULTURE, LANGUAGE, TRIBES AND ENCLAVES.

CHINA BRINGS COVID19 TO DESTROY THE WORLD IN CHINESE LANGUAGE NOT IN ENGLISH.

A LAZY MAN QUARRELS WITH HIS TOOLS.

SO LET US USE ALL OUR INDIGENOUS GOD GIVEN LANGUAGES AND ENGLISH TO OUR BENEFITS AND FOR OUR DEVELOPMENT.

NB:
BY NOW ALL OUR GCE ADVANCE LEVEL DOWN TO ELEMENTARY LEVEL TEXT BOOKS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TRANSLATED INTO YORUBA,IGBO&HAUSA LANGUAGES FOR USE IN OUR SCHOOLS. WHEN THIS IS DONE WELL COVID19 AND ITS TYPE WILL NEVER ENTER NIGERIA EVER AGAIN.
