The Central Bank of Nigeria, in a treatise by its Governor, Godwin Emefiele announced that it will infuse N3.5trillion into the economy to help neutralize the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the chances of this happening without the approval of the National Assembly has caused quite a stir.
