The executive chairman of Ukwuani Local Government Area in Delta State, Hon. Ogbuefi Chukwudi Dafe (Odogwu Ukwuani) gave his loyal media aide, Mr. Otutu Chukwudi Otutu a car gift even after receiving #200,000 two weeks ago as Covid-19 palliatives from the Chairman to cushion the impact of lockdown in the state. During this Covid-19 pandemic, the executive chairman has displayed exceptional high level of generosity to the residences of LGA and even beyond.
