There may be zero statutory allocation to states from FAAC for June. By implication, if FAAC is zero, state Judiciary salary will not come or we may be at the mercy of the Governor. The state Governor pays the state judiciary with FAAC, whereas he pays other state workers with IGR, that is why our salary comes a little bit late.
