It's so shameful to see kidnappers holding sway and collection ransom from kidnapped victims even the rich and prominent men in power aren't left out.including the recent victim the younger brother of bauchi state governor this is very embarrassing.
Nigerian police need to see the reason to apply mordern technologies in dealing with crime and putting to the shelve their old ways of fighting crime.in solving kidnap issues the police need to apply and use powerful drones which can loiter in the air unseen and undetected for many hours and days e.g the Chinese CH4 drone can loiter around and observe a spot undetected for more than 24 hours and give a clear ground imagery and video to it's operators on land.nigeria need at least 774 of these drones distributed accross the 774 local government areas of this country given to atleast one main police station or command.if this is done, I can confidently tell you the issue of kidnapping for ransom and hostage taking will be an issue of the past.
