Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai said on Wednesday he has recovered from COVID-19 (Coronavirus) after testing negative twice. El-Rufai added that as survivor of the virus, which he described as a threat to humanity, he will not wish his worst enemy to be COVID-19 positive.
