If there's one thing i've learnt about ISPs, it's not falling for their sweet-talk. If i see 20mbps connection speed on their brochure, i'll sure like to know the factors that'll allow me achieve such speed and if they refuse telling me, i'll walk away. . it's THAT simple.

If you're in VGC, then its quite possible you're NOT their "only" subscriber. I'm sure your company didn't sign any SLA (Service Level Agreement) so just stomach whatever you're given.

person wey dey crawl go one day reach the place wey person wey dey run dey.
the only time i experienced 1.3mB/sec was in uk, direct download from internet explorer, //, no download manager sef, bet e 4 reach 2MB/SEC with idm
