– Cold pressed method

– Heat method



RECIPES/INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT OIL

Ingredients

* 4 large cub of Carrot

* 2 Cups of Coconut Oil (olive oil can be added too)

Others: Hand grater and vegetable peeler

HOW TO MAKE CARROT OIL

Cold pressed

Step 1: Peel the carrots carefully

Step 2: Grate the carrots using a grater and ensure they are shredded properly.

Step 3: Add the coconut oil to the already grated carrots (say 20 ounces).

Step 4: Move the combination of grated carrots and oil into a clean jar.

Step 5: Cover tightly and place the jar under sun every day for about 2 weeks

Finally, you should filter/sieve the oil from the mixture you made. Ensure you store it in a temperate place because if properly stored it can last up to 6 months.



HOW TO MAKE CARROT OIL USING THE HEAT METHOD

Follow these simple steps if you want to make your carrot oil using heat;

Step 1: Wash carrots properly

Step 2: Peel the carrots using fruits peeler

Step 3: Grate your carrots using grater

Step 4: Pour grated carrots in a frying pan and pour in your coconut oil or olive oil

Step 5: Now fry on a very low heat until your carrots are soft and very tender, by now your oil should be orange in color.

Step 6: Bring down the frying pan, allow it to cool down and sieve out your carrot oil.





HOW TO USE CARROT OIL

For a very effective removal of age spots and wrinkles, put 4 to 6 drops of carrot oil in your palms and rub gently to the skin or hair. Oh yes! tme to look younger.
