How to continue looking younger every day is an article that addresses the paramount things you have to do to stay younger every day. Dig in

You fantasize about enjoying the prime of your life and being of vigorous health. Well, some species of animals live up to hundreds of years, while others merely struggle to live up to 3 years.

For instance, bees live up to 90 years, parrots live up to 100, giant tortoise stay up to 150 years while mouse barely lives up to 3 years, dogs, 15 years, monkeys exist up to 30 years and we humans live up to 80 years.

The difference in the number of years that it takes for creatures to have such diverse life spans has led some biologists to reason that getting old and having wrinkled have a reason and thus, sort a solution to curtail aging.

Investment in research to manufacture drugs to slow down aging as become a matter of concern to various companies. The genetic team is closing in on the fundamental process of growing old.

There has been an abundant revelation concerning the mechanism that controls aging, and we have been made to believe that growing wrinkles are a result of wearing old.

What keeps us from getting old?
It is with great evidence that all living things will certainly wear out someday, our household equipment and kitchen utensils usually stop working at some point. But living beings do not stop working overnight, the process of growing old and dying accumulates over time.

This is because, whenever we have wounds; for instance, our bodies constantly repair those worn-out tissues, especially when we have an intake of protein to help facilitate the process. This routine of self-repairs is both marvelous and remarkable.

In the same way, our tissues usually destroy and rebuild itself by replacing the entire skeleton every 10 years, while some cells in most parts of our body renew itself often, probably daily. This is why we do not grow old during childhood nor do our wounds stop healing at that age.

Did you know that whenever our cells regenerate, each new cell must have a copy of our DNA? Well yes, it does. This is one of the amazing things that the molecules of humans being differentiates from all other creations. Without the DNA being able to be an exact copy, we would have been extinct, so our cells repair DNA error copy in order to avoid it.

But if our body follows this due process why then do we grow old?

Why do we grow old?
Well, the maximum life span is written in the genes. The life span of any organism specifies the age beyond which they can live. Genes tell cells when to grow old and stop repairing cells in our bodies. Answering the question of why genes decide it is high time an organism grows old is one of the mysteries that scientists are trying to answer.

Can aging be cured?
The most complex of all biological problems is aging, and a cure has not yet been cured. But eating right, exercising, and handling stress effectively has been found to improve health and lowers the risk of growing old and dying. Finding the cure for aging has proven to be more complicated than finding a cure for cancer. Thus, nothing has been found to cure aging.

This brings us to why we were here in the first place.
