News has been making rounds on some foreign nationals moving across African borders and breaking isolation protocol. Didn't want to raise an alarm here till I got concrete evidence on video, I just came across this video on youtube on Chinese nationals breaking isolation protocol and traveling across countries in Africa. The same Chinese were also reported by locals in Senegal, Congo, and Mozambique breaking isolation protocol and moving borders regardless. The ones seen in the congo had a positive test with no symptoms, trying to get the translation to some of the news articles and videos made by individuals and trying to verify some for evidence to bring up here.
