The problem with herbs is that no one knows what is the effective dose
How much is too concentrated?
How much can cause end organ damage or toxicity?
The hygenicity in the preparation of the herbs?

So, it's not safe to just say take this herbal mixture

It will be abused at the end of the day, and might end up causing more damage than what you are trying to prevent
