I need to come out clean on this, i won't trade blames.

Irrespective of the current situation of covid19 in Nigeria, the lockdown has little or no effect. People are still dying and our economic situation is getting worse.

I know of a friend who lost millions because he couldn't get feeds for his birds and fishes; and also a friend who works with him. They are losing out and Why am i even concerned? I depend on them for some succour. It is a vicious cycle.

Hunger bad, the feelings of rumbling stomach coupled with tiredness/fatigue. I can vividly give you a mental picture of how hunger slowly kills unlike covid19 (which can be avoided). That guy(hunger) isn't a killer, covid19 is but been hungry is a very bad state the brain could ever possibly work on, no wonder this popular insinuation 'an hungry man is an angry man.

Hunger would trigger so many things and amongst is civil unrest. I bet a man who steals because others are stealing when they were hungry is he also a criminal? How about others who were his role model? We definitely needs more prisons.

We got nothing to gain as a nation if this lockdown persists. No one is speared, we must all feel the heat. As greatly posed USA is, IMF has projected 2021 as the soonest time they (including others)may come out reccession

Life means survival, if you can't survive you die. Death isn't a good thing, but also inevitable.
Covid19 is a killer virus, but Covid19 isn't so good at killing like it's other compatriots, Hunger that kills slowly.

I studied some texts on covid19 and how it regenerates. Scientists had made us understand how we can avoid this killer virus by social distancing and frequent washing of our hands. I suggest the government dazzle a way around those informations, it is far cheaper than this lockdown.

Oil prices are down, no blames to covid19 pandemic, our economy situation in Nigeria is not interesting trust me, if we dare add more week(s), it might reccess into comatose.
Nigeria is a reflection of good people, full of intelligent citizens and ever forward... If my assertions about Nigerians are correct, this is a sordid time to look beyond this time and into the future. We can't keep staying at home, running from an evitable death into a slower form of death ( Depression and Hunger ).

Conclusion: Nigeria government should draw a plan, provide mobile healthcare facilities on every corners of our streets (if we can put a polling booth on every wards during elections..) to enhance covid19 tests. Meanwhile, the economy would survive if we keep the social distancing and wore nose masks. If you feel sick or having covid19 symptoms, stay at home.
Above all government should show more determination at safeguarding LIVES and properties. This is a very crucial time.
