Yes that is the wayo being played.Alj harem is from Kanuri but his "we" includes Hausa,Nupe,Yoruba(Kogi + Kwara),Fulani and hundreds of others.

Prior to 1935, there was one southern Nigeria with the capital at Enugu. Then her Majesty's govt split the south into 2 namely east and west. Since then the south has not been one.
The idea of one south with the capital at Enugu will be novel.
