This is to inform all 100 level student of imo state University, as the university management start revoking it's current student mode of admission, Due to uprising issues which has not been disclose.

TO THOSE WHO GOT THIS MESSAGE FROM IMSU PORTAL ARE ADVISED TO VISIT THE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION UNIT IMMEDIATELY THE LOCKDOWN IS OVER FOR MORE INFORMATION

You have been withdrawn from the University. Visit the Admissions Office for further directives.

*HOW TO VERIFY AND KNOW IF YOU A BONAFIDE STUDENT OF IMSU ON IMSU PORTAL*

To properly verify your account, follow the procedures below.

1. Visit the school's website and click on portal (www.imsuportal.imsu.edu.ng)
Or (imsu.edu.ng)

2. Click on verify account.

3. Select new student and enter reg number.

4. Click on login, on the next page enter your username and password.

6. After login wait for any notification from imsu portal.

WHY REVOKING ADMISSION


*Falsified Applications and Other Reasons*

29% of the schools polled by NACAC said they rescinded an admissions offer because a student had falsified information on her application. Honesty is very important to colleges, and this kind of breach can be difficult, if not impossible, to repair.

*Disciplinary Issues*

In the 2009 NACAC survey, 35% of the colleges that revoked admission did so because of disciplinary issues.


NB: All student of imo state University are advised by the university management to enroll for there respective faculty clearance and get there there MATRICULATION NUMBER.
