Your comments are just getting dumb by the minute.

Lugard joined the Southern part of Nigeria to the North part of Nigeria to form a new country.

The British still saw Nigeria as two regions till they gave Nigeria independence.

The Eastern region, Western region and Northern region were political entities created for political purpose. The entities became the political framework in which Nigeria was governed for years.

Igbos have often claimed there is a South South, South East which is another politically convenient term to show those are the regions in the real southern part of Nigeria but flare up when others remind them that a South west also exist.

And in case you want deny the aforementioned claims, you can see your initial comments below.

let Nigeria break into 4 north west and east and south let every region take care of its own remove power from the federal government and let it reside with autonomous units this will prevent any feeling of bias to a tribe or ethnic group as each region would develop at his own pace and independent from any control.

FG DELIVERS 110 TRUCKS OF PALLIATIVES RICE, GRAINS TO KANO STATE

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, has dispatched 110 trucks of palliatives foodstuff from the Federal Government to the Kano State Government for distribution to the needy, vulnerable and people of concern in the state.

Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, said that the Ministry delivered ten trailer-loads of parboiled rice to the state government about two weeks ago, and in addition to that directed the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to deliver 100 trucks of grains to five locations in Kano State for distribution to poor and vulnerable households on the instruction of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The grains in 100 trailers now on their way to Kano, comprise millet, sorghum and maize, which were released from silos holding the country's strategic food reserve located across the country.

It could be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to release 70,000 metric tons of food for distribution to less-privileged Nigerians to cushion the effect of the lockdown aimed at checking the spread of the killer-disease triggered by COVID-19 in Nigeria.

The Minister emphasised that “One of the humanitarian interventions provided by the Federal Government is the delivery of food items as palliatives to the poor and vulnerable in all states affected by the Covid-19 pandemic to ease the lockdown situation”.

Sadiya Farouq assured the Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency, Engineer Mustapha Maihaja that: "The Ministry will continue to work closely with all the agencies under its purview, including the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), in discharging its mandates, including providing effective coordination of humanitarian interventions both nationally and internationally for the benefit of the citizens of this country, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic."

She highlighted the need for the Agency to work closely with the Ministry and its sister agencies in all the states in monitoring the effective distribution of the palliatives to ensure that the food items reach the intended beneficiaries, especially in states under lockdown.

In his remark, the Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Engr. Mustapha Maihaja assured the Minster that the Agency will work closely with State Governments to ensure the effective monitoring and accountability in distributing the palliatives, and thanked the Minister for the visit and her support to NEMA in discharging its duties for the benefit of Nigerians.

Our leaders should try to carry everyone along, one Nigeria should not just be a mere expression, but in actions and deeds like this. Nepotism is a killer, a murder of our oneness, it is a corruption of highest order. In togetherness we can overcome our common energy like covid-19. Stay safe my fellow compatriots!

100 trucks is for other palliatives like the grains buhari released from the national reserves.then the ten trucks of rice.other states will get or have already gotten theirs.its just unfortunate that the media is reporting that of kano first or you stumbled on them thereby putting them on the chopping board on social media.
Remember the 20k distribution started in fct? But it later moved to other states.the minister has given all south west states their own share of rice and palliatives from the national reserve, but the focus was in rice and not the other palliatives. Plus the spoilt rice controversy from oyo and ondo overshadowed every other attendant news.so relax.I hope I didn't waste my time

Though there has been zero equity in the distribution of palliatives.

my gush

What exactly are you saying?

Is this how you manage to convince yourself that you are smart?

You are not even saying anything, Don't you get it!

We are not discussing the map of Yorubaland, Igboland, Hausaland, Edo land or igala land here, we were discussing the Nigerian map. Hence, I gave you the Hausa example to let you understand the difference.

The Nigerian map has Niger and Chad Republics to the North, Benin republic to the west, Cameroon to the East and Atlantic ocean to the South..

Now looking up from the Atlantic ocean which is in the Southern border of Nigeria. You will find Yoruba land, Isehekiris land , Ijaw land, Oron/ibibio land etc

Thus, Yoruba land lies in the southern part of Nigeria or Southwestern part of Nigeria.

Even in Benin republic, Yorubas lie in the South or South Eastern part of the country.

Good night, I am tired of lecturing you.
