Japan is not know for this kind of stuff.

China should have been the best thing to compare not Japan.

Moreover one million mask for a population of 200 million people.

The mask should serve Abia state first before giving out to others.

Tbt the Nigerian government is just very wicked to have failed to do the necessary...

Each state has the potential to manufacture a lot but with zero assistance from the government.
But no! They would rather loot and keep looting for what I don't know where it goes..

How do we improve on ourselves without the help to boost the economy ?
