I requested for paypal some days ago, and one oloshi scammer wey no get bearing came to my whatsapp to sell for me. I asked him exchange rate and he quoted one ridiculous amount. I laughed and decided to play along. He asked that I send him naira first before he will make payment for me. Told him not happening and asked that he should produce an escrow and then he sent me another number with the name Wese90 to add as escrow. At this point, I had to call the both of the out and just immediately they both of them blocked me. Here are screen shots of the convo. Please everyone mind that number.

But wait o.. which one is to submit ID card for escrow on this our nairaland sef? How safe is this in the long run? Isn't this like all these lending services without financial license asking for bvn from customers and later mismanaging customers information later on? Whether real wese or fake wese. How secure are their storage even? Even how is he confirming that the other party is submitting real IDs belonging to them.

Me am asking because I no sure say I go fit submit my ID card for all these our black market transactions wey we de do for here o. That doesn't make me a scammer, read my history.

No offence, but Sincerely it's not advisable to drop your ID card to someone you met on a faceless forum like this, someone you can't point out to outside this forum...

Many reputable member here has been offering escrow Service before last year, they never asked for ID card...

Be the way 90% of the ID cards on the black market got out via this same format, sending ID cards to someone you don't even have his/her Photo, much less been able to identify or hold such person accountable..

Terrible decision !!!!
