2-year-old boy rescued in Umuahia after being found locked up in uncompleted building for days without food and water

A 2-year old child locked up for several days in an uncompleted building at Zone 5, Agbama Housing Estate, Umuahia, has been rescued by Officials of the Gender Based Violence Response Team of the Vicar Hope Foundation.

The little boy was found to be suffering from exhaustion,dehydration and malnourishment. According to findings, fingers are pointing at the parents as the prime suspects who locked him up.
