LOL don't be silly. Even if you have money to rent a place for yourself, I suggest you remain in your parents house until you're ready to settle down or get married. It will save you money.

Don't rush. I am someone that lived on my own from the age of 16 - 26 years. There is nothing really special about living own your own. Unless you've got issues with privacy and stuff.

You're still young. Channel that money you would use to rent, furnish and buy food stuff into something else like REAL ESTATE.
Invest in something profitable that can generate you regular passive income.

I am into Real Estate and Building construction, and you can hit me up if you need more information on how to go about it.
You're not too young to be a LANDLORD.
