Orubebe01: If we must compare and interprete these figures, let's do it with a great deal of caution. I don't think the rate of infection in these countries is anywhere close to ours. Drugs don't prevent infection, right? 23 Likes |

And Nigerians are paying for the negligence of people we voted to change our lives. Imagine how that health minister and Lai Mohammed promised the government is on top of the situation. If vaccine is not produced on time, Nigeria is on time bomb cos the government of today is just propaganda and deceit coupled with the president that knows nothing about government. 20 Likes 1 Share |

It's pretty clear that the number of reported cases of Covid-19 is likely to spike in the weeks after the suspension of the lockdown. That's a no brainer. But when it happens, it'll be decent to not act like a whimpish bell end. Statements like "I said it", "I knew it", "I foresaw it", "Nobody listened", "See now" would do nothing to certify you as a knowledgeable person. You would only come off as irritating or tone-deaf at best. A critical point to consider is the different realities that apply to different people. For some, the effects of the lockdown has barely grazed their skins, while several others have had to endure turbulent spells of hunger and discomfort. We all have valid arguments for and against. However, no one wished for this to happen. And now that it has, people have to forge ahead. The suspension might be a lifeline for millions out there – people who seek to hustle to make some bucks and perhaps stock up on home supplies in the event of another lockdown. You need not go anywhere if you have no business going. But at least try to understand that those who will, will not be doing so out of moral defiance or disregard for their own safety. Maybe they just want to eat. Maybe they don't want to lose their jobs just yet. Maybe anything (cogent). So again, you didn't foresee anything. You didn't say anything. We all knew. You're not hybrid. 46 Likes 5 Shares |

Both the Lagos Government and the Nigerian Federal Government should seek for help from better professionals that are dealing with this Corona virus better. Obviously, the NCDC and the entire Nigerian Medical Unit are wasting lives and don't know what they are doing. The rate of death is too much, especially with the fact that there are better ways of handling the situation with minimal deaths, and which have been applied by other countries. It's funny that the NMA was protesting for Chinese doctors not to come here... The death rate is very high in Nigeria, it is very fücking high! 6 Likes 1 Share |
