-cleans and cooks (Local & Continental dishes).

*Continental dishes include: Thai rice, lamb, prawn stews, omelettes, and various continental recipes.

-oversee the daily operations well as provide strategic direction in managing the house
-flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
