While many people have united in the most incredible way to take care of each other during this coronavirus pandemic, the sad truth is there are those who still exploit the less fortunate and steal from those who need it the most.

A man in South Africa has landed in hot water after it was discovered that he had allegedly stocked his store with food the government handed out to help the poor during the lockdown.

A viral video clip shows several people, including a police officer, questioning the store owner on where he had gotten government-branded issued food parcels. However, the man failed to respond to the question and only continued to say he is "legal". They promised to open a police case against him to which he replied "do it, I am not scared, I am legal".

The video was shared on Twitter by the outspoken former mayor of Johannesburg, Herman Mashaba, who was clearly not impressed by the footage. Likewise, South Africans are properly upset.
