He should hand off from anything concerning vaccine and give donate his money or forget about donating otherwise we will assume he have a heinous agenda he is hatching.

He hasn't made any donations to any country fighting the virus. He hasn't bought medical supplies to any nation, not even the USA.

He hasn't acknowledged the possibility of a curative medication, nor ever talked about it.

All his billions are being reserved for vaccines. Something is not normal.
