This result was for the people tested before the easing of lockdown. I hope ncdc will still continue testing or they will relax too, since people want to continue leaving as if covid19 is a scam.
The way I see lagosians going about their businesses, they act as if the politicians are the ones increasing the numbers (INEC = NCDC)

don’t say what you don’t know, and stop assuming . China that was the pioneer of the virus was not occupied nationwide by it. So it’s possible here too
