I presume that you will be using a website builder because no one in this world will code a whole website just for 3k.
If you will be using a website builder then WhatsApp me(check signature) and I will put you through
If you want it hard coded then you need to add a lot more to that amount like alot more

God save u sey I get good mind, the way to deal with these kind of cheap guys, decieve dem collect the 3k, go to market buy chicken, then just use free google blogger to create site for them send dem link, block dem on whatsApp.

It's like this might be a good idea, looks like I will stop turning dem down.
