This is painful..and quite dangerous...I felt pity...

It was very wrong to leave him struggling like that.
It wasn’t a case of lifting the weight. I think he was struggling to squat the weight. He was trying to bend but his knees and lower back wouldn’t support that.

Someone should’ve helped him get the weight off his back. His lower back especially the lumbar weren’t aligned properly and his spine were not neutral. He could have lower back issues in the future.

He wasn’t going to squat that as he was tired and not up to it. Those fools shouldn’t be laughing at him.

Besides, that ripped trouser wasn’t the right clothing for such exercise. They wouldn’t allow him to flex his knees properly. The right trouser would limit his flexion while the weight was crushing his T and L spines.
