Shutting Down Essential Commodities By Rivers State. by NextGovernor(m): 6:13pm On May 07, 2020
Our company runs a cooking gas delivery service. 3 of our delivery men were turned back and harassed by Rivers Task force and Security men because they don't have permit. Unfortunately we took covid 19 permit from police which he termed fake after spending money to get them.

On a reasonable ground, Cooking Gas should be the last thing to be stopped as far their is ID and evidence of delivery products. Gas isnt even suppose to work with covid 19 permit as long as it has the product and ID card to back up. What do you expect the people you lockdown to cook with? But he said total shutdown. Leaving our thousands of clients stranded. The thing tire us my broda.

It is painful because we passed a message across to our clients not to panic that they will be serviced during the lockdown. Now our clients stranded and disappointed.

Wike and his gang of confused folks should remember that Covid 19 would come and go. Instead of enforcing boarder closure he is busy closing down the state capital and even essential services. If the boarder closure is well enforced, the Virus would not evaporate into the state.
Attention seeker.
