We are currently looking for a Farm Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for
1. Preparing very detailed report on day-to-day farm activities for onward report to management
2. Clearly communicate vision of top management to farm hands
3. Allocate duties to staff
4. Train new staff on their roles
5. Ensure operations are carried out seamlessly
6. Supervising farm operations
7. Reporting all inputs and outputs from farm
QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum OND in Agriculture or Agriculture related course from a recognized institution of learning.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a farm. Those that have worked on a Pig farm have added advantage
SKILLS
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Good leadership skills
3. Good reporting skills
