Adobe Acrobat Reader:
You might have seen this on PC, you'll be surprise to know it has a mobile version which stands as a default choice for quite a lot of android users. It features annotation, note taking, data entry for forms, electronic signature, cloud storage support, support for DRM, bookmark & hyperlink support, with a subscription option that offers more features.

Xodo PDF Reader:
Xodo might not be a big name compared to Adobe Acrobat but it still offers you the best of options you would expect. The app has a fast pdf viewing engine, smooth navigation, annotation, support for electronic signature, automatic sync & cloud storage support such as Google, Dropbox, Drive etc. It also features multi tab document viewing, full screen mode, a night mode for low light reading, & the best part is the fact that it is ad free.

Moon + Reader:

I have WPS and OfficeSuite premium, foxit premium, moon+ reader pro and cam scanner premium.
Foxit is for pdf files
OfficeSuite and WPS are for .doc and power point
Moon+reader is mainly for reading .epub books
Cam scanner is for scanning

Adobe Acrobat is one of the best readers to read the pdf file. I have installed it on my android phone and using it. It is working smoothly without any error but now users can get it here for free pdf features. This pdf reader has made our lives easier for reading document anywhere at any time.
