1. Wait for at least 5 minutes before you make or comment on a post after another has been made. This is called social distancing.

2. Add water, hand sanitizer and phone wipes to your posts so that you wash your hands and wipe your phone before and after a post and your friends who read your post will also do same. This is called maintaining high level of hygiene.

3. Avoid gathering on a post. No post should have more than 50 comments or likes. This is called avoiding crowded places.

4. Stay in one place before you make a post, like or comment on a post. Don’t post, like or make comment while walking or in a moving vehicle, train or boat. This is called self-isolation or quarantine.
