As Per The Coronavirus Pandemic And The Furore And Brouhaha In Kogi State About Whether They Have Or Do Not Have A Positive Case I Lay Before You 2 Choices
.
1- The Bliss And Relative Normality That Comes With Ignorance
OR
2- The Anguish And Stress That AccompanieS Knowledge.

That Is Would You Want The NCDC To Carry Out Tests To Know Where The State Stands Or Would You Just Let The State Be As It Is With The Uncertainty Surrounding It.

Kogi should be left as an experimental state. NCDC shouldn't carry out any test and observe them for 2-3months

If people don't start dying on the streets or homes then Covid-19 issa coward
