Are you one of those who usually have terrible cramps during your period?

well, you are not alone..

A good number of our women are not happy to have their menses (except when they are scared of being pregnant, unplanned) due to a whole number of reasons, but the main one is menstrual pain. Its so severe enough to make the lady to be absent from work, school or other important social and personal functions.

Its a long read, but the summary is that-
Drugs: Like Ibuprofen (not for those with ulcer), COCP or Hyosine butyl bromide.
Non-medical: Heat therapy using hot water bottle

there are also Nutritional methods like Using ginger, tumeric, etc.
