repairpalng: Changing a complete screen is quite expensive, Professionally unbiased which would u recommend... Changing the digitizer or full screen ? I've contacted u earlier on whatsapp for repairs but the money gidi.... Just wanna know if there is alternative Seems u reply better here |

@repairpalng This is the first time, I'm having to review a company publicly but what I experienced today is the worst I have ever faced. They are the worst when it comes to customer service, from terrible WhatsApp responses, to phone calls, and the cap it all, I was at the office today to fix my redmi 8a, only to be snubbed severally by the female staffs, most especially the one called Mary. I have those who I hire to work for me, if anyone of them did exactly what she did today, I'd probably fire her. I'm extremely disgusted writing this but it's sad that a supposed company can have staffs like that. The guy in charge of repairs was busy watching movies, while customers was sitting and waiting. After leaving this review here, I would not in a million years visit repairpalng ever again. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Wasted my time today, and I'm extremely disgusted. |
