More than 80,000 Americans have now died from COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus, according to the latest tally


At 7 pm on Saturday, eastern time, at least 800,004 people had died from the coronavirus in the United States from 1,346,332 infections, while 236,825 patients have recovered, according to statistics website worldometer which collates coronavirus data in the United States From Official records.
