The point is that his lockdown didn't put many factors into consideration. The woman was sick but vehicle allowed to move on the roads no matter what. The woman had to walk to hospital during which she almost died.

I understand u Bro, it's not easy at all, we passed thru same in Lagos , there must be reason for shuting some LGA ,same thing El-Rufai did in kaduna before the present total.lockdown , some LGA in Kaduna are not as busy like some , and mostly there are no inter state movement in many that's why he refuse to shit them down at first , but as at last week , it has spread to those LGAs which were not lockdown, that he has now order for a complete shutdown for one month... and he is presently having issues with his Kano counterparts who is indirectly sending many infected Almajiri and patents to Kaduna State , if u watch news , u will see where Gov El-Rufai was climbing trailers by himself at the border of Kaduna.state to check for people hiding in the midst of cattles and goat trying to enter Kaduna states and many of them were caught and tested positive and were sent back to Kano , same thing happened in Lagos , Anambra , cross River ...
