SALARY: N60,000 - N80,000

DESCRIPTION
• Prepare financial reports and analysis related to the company’s farms operations
• Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system
• Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
• Make postings to ledgers accurately daily and timely.
• Keep a thorough record of all company charges.
• Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
• Match work orders to invoices and process basic operational procurements.
• Process invoices/bills so that they can be paid
• Daily and weekly preparation and reconciliation of mill production reports including finished production, WIP inventory.
• Preparation of miscellaneous journal entries at period end.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Asset management and supervision.
• Accounts payable administration
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

REQUIREMENT
HND, BSc : Accounting, Banking and finance, Basic Farming knowledge (Must be a Male). 2-4 years’ work Experience

-Maintain excellent on-going working relationships with other internal and external personnel

-Work onsite (Field) as required by the job.
